Brian Carvalho
Brian's passion for creating health-conscious, delicious meals began in the 1970's, while in high school. In 9th grade Brian took his first cooking class and took first place in a pie contest with a cherry banana pie. Creating fun food has been a passion ever since.
Inspired by food Brian worked for a number of restaurants, and spent a few years in the 80s at a ground breaking vegetarian restaurant called "The Prophet" in San Diego.

He then expanded his Culinary Experience with the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute in Canada as well as culinary school at the local community colleges in San Diego.

Brian spent most of the 1990's and early 2000's as the Personal Chef and massage therapist for a Professional Cycling Team, touring the US, Canada and Europe and has been a personal chef since 2008.

He brings fresh, creative tastes into special diets, including Gluten Free, Non-Dairy, Paleo and Keto diets. He is well versed in Vegan and Vegetarian diets as well, and uses fresh, organic, local ingredients to every meal he produces.
